A contact is a person who receives e-mails from us for your account – for example your bookkeeper, who should get the invoices. Contacts have no login of their own.

Good to know: if the person should also sign in and work in the client area, invite them as a user instead – see Invite other users and choose what they may do.

Add a contact

  1. Sign in to the client area, click your initials and name at the top right and choose Contacts. If you have no contacts yet, the page Add a contact opens straight away. Otherwise choose Add new contact … under Choose a contact and click Show.

  2. Under Contact person, fill in:

    1. First Name
    2. Last Name
