The company that manages the domain for its owner. Transfers start there.
Expiry date
The domain must be renewed before this date, or it can be lost.
Nameservers
Where the domain's DNS is hosted, and so where the website and e-mail are pointed.
Name taken? Try another extension
If the .co.za is gone, the .org.za, .com or another extension may still be free.
